Booking Terms

CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations must be done in writing.

In terms of Chapter 2, Section 1 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, Suburban Lodge is committed to best practice and as such has aligned its refunds policy to be in line with the Consumer Protection Act. (Section 17, subsection 3 (b); 4(a-d))

Should I, the guest, or booking agent wish to cancel my/the reservation(s), the following will apply:
1.    More than 30 days prior to arrival – No charge   
2.    29 - 14 days prior to arrival – 25% of deposit amount
3.    13 - 8 days prior to arrival -  50% of deposit amount
4.    7 - 3 days prior to arrival – 75% of booking amount
5.    Less than 3 days or no show – 100% of booking amount
